Mark Paetz - Vice President

Mr. Paetz joined the MatchMaximizer team with an extensive background in call center operations, technology and management. Using his experience, Mr. Paetz is responsible for successfully implementing new process improvement methodologies and campaign configurations. Through constant monitoring and communication, Mr. Paetz ensures MatchMaximizer and its products exceed client expectations. Mr. Paetz is a graduate of Arizona State University with a Bachelor’s in Organizational Leadership and a Master of Science in Information Management.

Bryan Allen - Senior Solutions Developer

Mr. Allen joined MatchMaximizer with experience in web development and the .NET framework while attending Arizona State University for Computer Information Systems. Early in his career, Mr. Allen worked with team members to develop and maintain a proprietary lead management system and all connected systems, including a multitude of white label portals responsible for collecting lead information. With his experience and knowledge, Mr. Allen has developed and continuously maintained the MatchMaximizer product suite.

Araceli Larraga - Integration Specialist

Ms. Larraga comes to MatchMaximizer with an extensive background in customer service and administrative work. Utilizing this experience, Ms. Larraga is responsible for MatchMaximizer client integrations and campaign management. She attended Arizona State University with a focus in Finance.

Carmen Castillo - Data Analyst

Ms. Castillo comes to MatchMaximizer from a background of data analysis in the SaaS industry. She attended Arizona State University and continually utilizes the experiences she gained there professionally. She has robust experience in sales and marketing funnel analysis and acquisition. With her sales and data analysis knowledge, Ms. Castillo is responsible for building and maintaining reporting for MatchMaximizer clients.
