Mark Paetz Promoted to Vice President of EduMaximizer

EduMaximizer, the leading provider of EDU contact center technology and all-in-one inquiry generation, today announced the promotion of Mark Paetz to the role of Vice President. Paetz will be responsible for leading business operations and all strategic planning related to partnership development, product innovation, and other growth-oriented activities to drive company and client performance.

In conjunction with EduMaximizer’s move to become a separate entity and offer an expanded set of services in January 2018, Paetz most recently served as Director of Strategic Relationships. He brought more than a decade of management and quality assurance experience to the role and was responsible for the development of key partner and client networks — including account management, optimizations, technology maintenance, and third-party API integrations. In its first year as an independent business venture, client acquisition increased by 27 percent as a result of such strategic partnerships, technology advancements and new integrations.

Previously, Paetz spent more than five years in Integration Specialist and Director of Quality Assurance roles for Higher Ed Growth (HEG), the parent company of EduMaximizer. He oversaw account management activities, developed agent improvement processes, and provided systematic monitoring to ensure optimal quality. Paetz played a key role in the early conceptualization and initial development of the EduMaximizer SaaS tool. Prior to joining HEG, he served as Protection Services Executive at PayPal.
A graduate of Arizona State University, Paetz holds a Master’s degree in Information Management from the W. P. Carey School of Business and a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Leadership.
